26+2 hatha yoga

The 26+2 traditional asana sequence is a proven and effective healing modality designed for practitioners of all levels and capabilities.

This practice integrates functional elements of breath, stability, and mobility to optimize each individual’s potential for physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

This class is accessible to beginners, and unfolds in its complexity to challenge experienced practitioners throughout their healing journey. It was established over fifty years ago as the principal sequence of the hot yoga movement, and is regarded by a wide range of modern yogis as the foundation of their physical practice.
