a gratitude letter (& shout out to Tara Dixon)

See, even the Virgin Mary is literally thinking about how awesome you are.

See, even the Virgin Mary is literally thinking about how awesome you are.

The creative process is messy and fucking beautiful.

I’m so joyful over the the fact that I have the freedom to pursue my heart’s true desires. And deeply grateful to have the income and resources to be able to do so.

Best part is that the “bridge jobs” that are providing this income are jobs I freakin’ love! Teaching Bikram at the poshest studio in Manhattan? Being a production assistant at the Open Center?

On my knees grateful.

While in my “off” time, I mastermind all my personal projects and live la dea vita (a life inspired by Exquisite Self Care).

Lucky lucky girl i am.

It took some time to get to a place where all that I do I have carefully chosen, and there is no drudgery to my daily life. It’s a daily practice, really. I most certainly desire to continue evolving and to continue to sharpen my skills of co-creation with the Universe… but for the time being, I am satisfied, grateful, and happy.

I’ve been meaning to write “thank you” notes to a list of people… and today, a gentle reminder came in the mail. An invitation to a Gratitude Workshop at Virayoga (a place i hold dear to my heart… one of the first yoga studios in the city) led by my friend Tara Dixon along with a couple of beautiful “thank you cards” (one for me from Tara, and one for me to pay forward).
