I live by the Moon.

My Sacred Self-Care rituals are aligned and in flow with the moon cycles:

Wild Woman Moon Circle

Each month, we will explore a theme inspired by the astrological placement of the Moon.

The Wild Woman Moon Circle consists of guided movement & meditation, intention-setting based on the theme of the month, and a creation ritual involving herbs and plant medicine. We will gather at the beautiful apothecary, The Bower Studio, located in Pelham, Massachusetts.

Please bring a pillow or yoga mat to sit on & a journal.

Upcoming New Moons:
-Thursday, January 26th
-*I’ll be traveling in February, so there will be no circle
-Sunday, March 26th
LOCATION– The Bower Studio – 378 Daniel Shays Hwy, Pelham, MA 01002
COST– $15
** No one will be turned away for lack of funds. The money generated from this donation based circle will go towards herbs & plant medicine which will be used in our rituals. **

Qoya: A Full Moon Movement Ritual
Qoya is movement medicine. It blends dance, yoga, and sensual movement for a deeply embodied experience.

Qoya is based on a simple idea that through movement, we remember. We remember, as women, that our essence is wise, wild and free. In Qoya, we focus less on how it looks and more on how it feels.

Each month, we will ride on the theme from the previous Wild Woman Moon Circle, thus visiting the intention again on the full moon and experiencing through movement.

This is a women-only class.
Exchange: Sliding scale $10-15
*No one will be turned away for lack of funds.*

To register, email me at mishelixchel@gmail.com and I’ll send you all the details.
